Digital Products and Downloadable Content
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be “returned”. Therefore, refunds are typically not issued.

Coaching, Consultations, and One-on-One Services
Coaching sessions, consultations, and mentoring services involve time, preparation, and personalized attention. Because of this, refund policies are stricter.
Cancellation by You
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a reschedule
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session, with no refund provided.
Cancellation by Us
If a session is canceled by Shine Brightly or the service provider, you may choose:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled session
Memberships and Subscriptions
If Shine Brightly offers memberships or subscriptions in the future, the following terms will apply unless stated otherwise:
- Payments are billed on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments
Refunds are not issued for:
- Partially used membership periods
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
Events, Retreats, and Group Programs
For in-person or virtual events, retreats, and group programs:
